 … feel that YOU, YOUR LOVED ONES, or YOUR COMMUNITY is negatively impacted by the
criminal legal system (from policing to prosecution to incarceration),
 … want to better understand why and how the system is ineffective the way it is now,
 … have ideas to share for how to change the current system,
 … have a vision for a just and equitable future that uplifts YOUR neighborhood or YOUR
community,
…then we want to hear from YOU!

What can this experience offer YOU?

 Community trainings on the prosecutor’s office
 Tools to advocate for systemic change
 Understanding research and policy

Who should attend?

 People who are interested in voicing their concerns for change in Wyandotte County
 People who are interested in sharing their experiences with us by taking a survey or
doing an interview
 People who are 14 years of age or older
 People who are interested in receiving trainings as a paid community researcher
