DESCRIPTION:We invite you to attend the upcoming meeting for the ThrYve Youth Justice Action Team. \nThe members work with the Kansas Department of Corrections to examine the local juvenile justice system and those related to it for a better understanding of youth disparities. They then work together to find ways to address the disparities in those systems. This team also works with local media to provide more accurate and unbiased reporting of youth-related crimes. All efforts work cohesively to empower youth to affect policy change.
